WAR SPRINTS HEAD TO VALLEY - WILDCARD SCHEDULE UPDATE

INDIANAPOLIS, IN (May 30, 2018) - The POWRi Lucas Oil WAR Sprints are headed back to Valley Speedway in Grain Valley, Missouri for their seventh round of competition so far this 2018 season. This Saturday, June 2 will be WAR's second trip to Valley this year. Riley Kreisel was victorious at the end of the last visit which was back in early May.

Kreisel currently leads the POWRi Lucas Oil WAR Sprints Championship points over Quinton Benson (2nd), Anthony Nicholson (3rd), Korey Weyant (4th), Craig Carroll (5th), Ty Hulsey (6th), Chris Parkinson (7th), Slater Helt (8th), Katlynn Leer (9th), and TJ Artz rounds out the top 10.

The POWRi Lucas Oil WAR WILDCARD Sprint League suffered a rainout today at Fairbury American Legion Speedway. The event has been postponed to Tuesday, June 5 at FALS alongside the famed World of Outlaws series.

Another schedule change to note is Thursday, June 7 at Fayette County Speedway in Brownstown, Illinois has been removed from the POWRi Lucas Oil WAR WILDCARD 2018 schedule.

Friday and Saturday's events will carry on as originally planned for the WILDCARD teams. Friday, June 8 at Jacksonville Speedway in Jacksonville, Illinois with the POWRi Lucas Oil National Midgets as part of the annual "Illinois Speed Week" will remain. Then the WAR WILDCARD Sprints head south to Tri-State Speedway in Haubstadt, Indiana for the co-sanction event with MSCS. This will be the first event for the WAR Sprints inside Indiana state lines.
